Singer-songwriter Cassandra Knoedl weaves true stories of heartbreak, existential dread, and empowered self-discovery into ethereal, often haunting, alt-folk songs carried on soaring vocals that hold nothing back. 

If Cassandra's songs are hauntings, Secret Siren is the force that gave them corporeal form. They recently recorded and released their debut EP, Paving the Road; named for the closing track. This work was intentionally crafted to name and give shape to all the hurt and darkness we collectively experience in order to carry it into the light.
